A classic Mallorcan cuisine concept where product and ingredients from the Balearic Islands take centre stage to showcase the main dishes of Majorca with a special nod to the city of Palma and its surrounding area. The creative team at the restaurant is led by Tomeu Caldentey, the first Majorcan chef to be awarded a Michelin star.
