Throughout its celebrated history as the world’s most coveted engagement ring, the Tiffany® Setting has maintained its original, iconic design: a round brilliant diamond elevated above the band on six platinum prongs. In honor of its 130th anniversary, Tiffany & Co. has designed the Pavé Tiffany® Setting with a platinum band and prongs set with pavé diamonds in a limited edition of 130 rings.
The inspiration behind this limited anniversary edition ring was a one-of-a-kind Tiffany® Setting ring that was featured in the 2016 Blue Book Collection. Artisans exquisitely cut and shaped every facet and contour of this legendary design, featuring a unique 8.55-carat round brilliant center stone that seems to float atop hundreds of dazzling pavé diamonds. The 130th limited anniversary edition rings are available with center stones that range from 1.5 to more than 6 carats.
The Tiffany® Setting was introduced by founder Charles Lewis Tiffany in 1886. At that time, stones were mounted close to the band in bezel settings. Mr. Tiffany’s innovation lifted the stone above the band to maximize the light reflected from brilliant-cut diamonds. A true visionary, he designed an engagement ring that has become the universal symbol of love and commitment, reinforcing Tiffany’s reputation for cultivating the most beautiful diamonds on earth.
This limited anniversary edition Pavé Tiffany® Setting is available at select Tiffany & Co. stores around the world.
